Hi, I’m Alyssa Mann.

Halfway through my very first breathwork class, I knew I was meant to facilitate this work. As a lifelong seeker of healing and emotional honesty, I've tried many different paths. But with an ingrained 'east coast energy' I couldn't ignore, I never quite connected with the overly "woo woo" side of wellness, even as I craved the sense of freedom I saw others embodying.

Breathwork gave me that freedom in a way that felt real and accessible. There is real science behind it that I could nerd out on. It opened space, helped me release what I didn't need, and reconnected me to my own strength and intuition. It’s kinda like therapy on steroids, in a good way.

Now I guide others through the same process: creating a grounded, safe space where you can experience deep release, clarity, and transformation, without the fluff. I trained with Jon Paul Crimi, who has been using this technique for almost a decade and a half and has helped guide me through so much of my own healing.

I've spent 20 years in fitness, hold a degree in Health Sciences from the Swedish Institute, and am certified in breathwork, sound healing, and yoga. Over a decade ago I started my own journey in talk therapy, which changed my life and has led me to explore many many modalities of healing. I help people through a mixture of movement, sound, and breathwork.

I'm not a healer. I'm a facilitator. I'm not here to diagnose or treat, I'm here to help you listen to yourself and hear what's actually true underneath the noise.
