It all begins with breath.
Breath is the only system of the body that is both voluntary and involuntary. It’s the first thing we do when we are born and the last thing we do before we die. It is a powerful, powerful thing.
The style of breathwork I facilitate is called conscious connected breathwork, or circular breathwork. Using a powerful inhale into the belly, a second into the chest, and a relaxed exhale, you turn off the monkey mind and unlock natural healing, release stored emotion, and flood your system with endorphins. One session can feel like years of therapy—leaving you lighter, clearer, and fully alive
FAQs

Breathwork is safe for most people when practiced in a guided, intentional way. It can bring up intense emotions or physical sensations, which is normal and part of the process. People with certain health conditions — like severe heart or lung issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, pregnancy, or a history of seizures — should check with a medical professional before participating. I guide sessions carefully to create a safe, supportive environment, and you are always in control of your own experience. Any questions about this, feel free to reach out via the Contact tab.

Sessions and classes start with a grounding exercise and intention, then the active breathwork, followed by a few more grounding exercises and some rest. You have to try it to get the full experience, it’s virtually impossible to describe how badass it is. Know that I am there and guiding you the entire time.

Conscious connected breathwork helps release stored emotions, reduce stress, and clear mental tension. It increases energy, supports physical and emotional healing, and helps you reconnect with your body and inner guidance. Many people also experience greater clarity, presence, and a sense of freedom after a session. Listen, I know this sounds too good to be true. Trust me. It’s not. Try it.

In person or online you want to have a yoga mat to lie on. We don’t put pillows under the head because it constricts the airway. If it is in person, I will provide an eye mask for you to use (optional) if you are at home you can choose to use your own eye mask, an article of clothing or just close your eyes. If at home you need a quiet space without distractions. Aside from that, the only other thing you need is a willingness to put in a little effort and an open mind and heart.
